Zenith provides Cost Management to both the Owner and the Contractor from pre contract to final accounts.  

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

* Manage all financial aspects of the construction projects working

* Control subcontract and material Agrément  documentation for    the project.​

* Develop and prepare monthly cost reports including cost forecast    for labor, equipment and materials to completion.​

* Develop all labor rates as required by company and maintain the    company equipment hire rates and use for invoicing purposes.​

* Monitor site data and prepare day works, variation orders and    other claims that develop on site.


Should there be a need to appoint a Professional Quantity Surveyor, the following QS services will provided, project estimates; feasibility studies, bill production, monthly payment certificates and a final account all under the watchful eye of Zenith.
